We are the Sibeeria Brewery from Prague. As a flying brewery, we started our journey in 2014, until we expanded into our own brewery, which was built in the historic industrial area «ČKD», Vysočany. We have been brewing all our beers here since 2020. We are always happy to see you visiting our brewery!

Tap at Beergeek. Pretty clasic. Basementy, good balance of yeast, honeyish grainy malt and grassy herbal hops. Med body, med carbo. Easy drinking. Quite good.

25-11-20 // bottle from my brother. dark brown. light Brown head. Nose of dark chocolate and wood. Full bodied but in a light way. Dark chocolate, roasted coffee. Bourbon moderate. Dry wood. Roast bitterness. Nice.

Tap at Beergeek. Murky yellow body, white head. Pineapple, peach and vague grapefruit in the lovely hoppy aroma. Sweetish taste, peach and light grapefruit, slightly yammy, a bit on the leaner side, but still very much nice!

Tap at Beergeek. Hazy golden body, lasting medium white head. Flowery and herbal classic Czech hop aroma. Grainy lean taste, herbal and flawery, slightly too lean, okay bitterness. Almost great, not quite, still good.

Bottle thanks to RasmusOtt. Pours hazy amber with a medium white head. Aroma is very hoppy, orange, citrus, mandarin, light tropical notes and pretty dank aswell. Light malty notes in the back. Taste has lots of ripe citrus, grapefruit, mandarin, sweet malts, hops, earthy notes in the back.

# 492; 10/2016. Nepříliš povedený český ležák. Sladová složka nedobrá, výrazná a nevyvážená hořkost, ulpívající. Dochuť - ulpívající hořkost a nakyslá.

Tap at BGB. Very, very dark brown, almost black, off white head. Hugely obvious, slightly rough barrel in the aroma, vanilla, raisins, heavy maltiness, still lean and pleasant enough. Tart taste, a bit roo tart, raisins and vanilla, coconut, lean, smooth, nice but a bit gone too quickly. Alcohol comes out more and more later... Ah, hoped it would be better.
