From jtclockwork... thanx... in any case pours a super pale body with no head. Aroma is honey, flowers... not really sure I know much about what elderflowers smell like. Pretty pleasant drinking. Somewhat sweet. Flowery undertones. Better than I thought it would be. That said, I have no idea how to really rate mead.

Many thanks to Rhoihessegold for sharing. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma of sweet berries, apples and honey. Taste of sweet honey, berries, sulfur, slightly boozy.

Süßlicher Beginn, angenehm nach Honig. Hohe Süffigkeit, weich, wenig Alkohol. Zum Ende Holubderblüte, trockener Abgang. 6/8/9/8/9/9

24-11-18 // sample thanks to jtclockwork. Shared wit Koelschtrinker and Beerhunter. Pale yellow golden. Boozy sweet honey nose. Sweetish but with a fresh eldeflowery aroma.

Clear watery colour. Aroma of mead, white wine, elderflower. Sweet flavour, honey. Finish elderflower. (from 70cL bottle @ JTClockworks place. Thanks!!)

Sample shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear, colorless. No head. Aroma and flavor both are a bit sweet, homey indeed, light alcohol and I guess the flavor I can't really describe has to be the elderflower. Cool tick.

Sampled @ benzai. Clear very pale yellow, almost water coloured. Smells wine, sweet, glue, alcohol. Tastes glue, alcohol, pear, apple I guess. Medium to full body.

Bottle, sample, courtesy of jtclockwork. Pours clear and almost transparent. Aroma of honey, vanilla, blackberry and elderflower. Quite heavy sweetness and light sour. Medium body, oily texture, flat carbonation. Surprisingly enjoyable.

Bottle - old one from Jcwattsrugger - pours white - nose and taste of honey, alcohol, floral notes and vanilla. A bit hot still, but probably much better than it was. Medium body

10th rating of this bad boy. Crystal clear pale yellow color, still. Aroma of very dusty flowers and subtle citrus. Taste is bright, herbal, with a bit of a dusty and earthy edge. Apples up front, sweet start, fruity, then a semi dry finish. Decent.
