The aroma reminds me a little of delicious apples which is not that great of a thing. Flavors are generic sweet tart apple cider with a hint of Floral. Decent body and finish but nothing to write home about.

Keg at Lost Valley. Clear very pale yellow, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of dry apples, pepper, a bit of hay. Taste is tart apple, mealy, earth. Medium bodied, juicy. Decent.

Keg at Lost Valley. Clear vibrant copper, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of tart strawberry, dry apples. Taste is tart berries, tart apples, apple skins. Thin. Candy like but decent.

Can. Pours crystal clear orange, small beige head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Huge apple nose with notes of toasted caramel. Flavor is medium sweet, minimal bitterness, light apply tartness, some caramel. Medium body. Decent.

Keg at Lost Valley. Clear pale golden with floaties. Aroma of vanilla, spice, pear, apple, brown sugar, strawberry. Taste is pear, vanilla, apple, spice, berry. Medium bodied, earthy. Interesting and pretty nice.

It’s a decent strawberry cider. Nothing remarkable but also nothing too shabby. A little too sweet and too much of a gimme for me.
