A flight sampler at EPCOT World Showcase. Opaque applesauce color with a white head and good retention. Dominant Belgian yeast aroma. The taste is a nice balance between the tropical flavors and the Belgian yeast. I don't usually like Hefes, but this isn't bad.

Draft at the Castle Church Brewing Community tap room = Guest tap. Pitch black color with a small beige head. Strong maple aroma. Unlike other maple bacon stouts I've had, the bacon flavor is stronger than the maple. It's sweet, but not maple syrup sweet. Also has a nice smoky background finish. Not much stout flavor. Thin mouthfeel for the style. A bit gimmicky but good in small quantities.

Malt and a whole big question mark. Murky orange pour with ok head. Citrus, caramel and some peel, stale perfume. Finishes with some light musky sense. Would avoid. Can.

Tap at Hollerbach where it’s made for. Paired lovely with schnitzel lunch. Golden pour. Nose and tastes of light grains, light hops, pale malt, faint citrus. Easy drinking. To style and refreshing.
