Draft at the brewery bar. Pours clear yellow with a foamy white head. Pleasant biscuity pale malts in the nose, straw. Light sweet flavor with dry, crackery pale malts, white bread, hay, lemon rind. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Nicely balanced finish with more biscuits, light grass, hay. Simple golden, easy drinking.

Draft at the brewery bar. Pours slightly hazy with a creamy white head. Prominent saison yeast on the nose, some cereal and wheat. Medium sweet flavor with lightly doughy wheat, yeast, light bitter hay. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Nicely balanced finish with a but more lightly doughy wheat, yeast, faint biscuits, hay. Nice one.

Draft at the brewery bar. Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy white head. Pleasant wheat and yeast in the nose, some ripe lemon. Medium sweet flavor with doughy wheat bread, yeasty phenols, citrus, minimal bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet and bready on the finish, some perfume, wheat. Simple but tasty.

Light-medium sweet flavor with a bit of citric tang, dry grains, light dough. Light bodied average carbonation. Rindy lemon on the finish, grainy pale bread, light alcohol, bitter hay.

On tap at brewery. Pours a very dark brown with small beige white head. The aroma is toasted malt and raisin. Similar flavor with nice bitterness, really good.
