Draft: Poured a dark mahogany brown with a light beige head. Aroma is strong dark fruits and bubblegum malts. Taste is strong fermented fruits, yeast esters, candy sugar, and sweet malts.

Draft: Poured a coppery with white colored head. Aroma was a nice blend of spice and hops. Taste was a fight between hops and brett spice, dry finish bring you back for another swig.

Growler: Poured pitch black with light brown head. Rich dark chocolate aroma. Taste is rich chocolate and creamy some roasted malt. Silky finish.

Growler: Poured a orange with cream white head. Soft hops and rye. Taste is nice edgy hops with malt balance and nice rye spice finish.

4oz draft @ Southern Brew. Dorée claire, crémeux et épais beige. Arôme est fruité au bouquet fleuri et fruité, C hops, herbacé, petite douceur en rétro. Palais est fruité prenant, agrumes, C-hops, herbacé léger sucre résiduel pour un fini sec sur une note de pin rappelant bcp le Chinook. Fini reste cependant fort sec.

4oz draft @ Southern Brew. Léger orangé, crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme sur une fine note de Galaxy, pointe de melon, un peu éclipsé par le côté herbacé d’un houblon et rétro biscuité du malt. Palais est légèrement houblonné, herbacé, agrumes touche de houblon C pour un fini sec sur grains. Note Galaxy, Mosaic et Centennial.

4oz draft @ Southern Brew. Brune foncée, col léger beige. Arôme est malté, léger grillé, pointe de café et rétro pâle cara. Palais est malté, cara, grillé bien présent, fini sec avec un aspect poudreux et café. Effervescence en basse-moyenne avec une fine note de chocolat amer sur la fin. Impression de réglisse apparait et le houblonnage demeure léger noble anglais.
