500ml bottle, clear pale gold colour with a large pillowy head. Nose of hay, fresh cut grass, some slight lemon rind. Flavour is hay, bread malts, lemon hops. Thick and creamy mouthfeel, slightly astringent.

Buying it at the eurospar, Frastanz, august 2024, opening this bottle, yesterday, coming back from Geneva, hot weather and classical and a bit boring wheat beer, free of alcool, always with a sweet and disgusting note, typical from this brewery.
