Sample at Daily Growler Powell. The beer is a clear amber-orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

On tap. Clear brown with small off-white head. Caramel malt aroma, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is caramel malt, lost of nuts and dry finish.

Sample at Daily Growler UA. The beer pours brown-black with a medium tan head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Medium-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, bittersweet chocolate and roast coffee, with some mild earthy hops in the background. The finish is roasty malt up front with a hoppy aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Can shared during RBWG 2015 - Tampa. Pours clear orange-gold with a creamy white head. Great aroma, just rife with pithy citrus. Good balance in the flavor, light grassy bitterness, rindy citrusy, simple pale malt sweetness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pithy and dry on the finish. Solid offering.

Can shared late night during RBWG 2015. Pours clear copper with s creamy light tan head. Pretty nice orangey hops in the nose, some bready malts. Medium sweet flavor, more juicy citrus fruits, orange and tangerine, slight piney bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderate bready malts on the finish, low bitterness, some pine resin, ripe orange. Good.
