A lightly hazed golden Wit with a thin white. In aroma, light fruity banana with smooth cloves, OK. In mouth, a nice fruity banana malt with cloves, nice. OK. On tap at Brewery.

Well I’m pleased to have finally tried one of the Cask & Larder beers, even if a brown ale wasn’t a high priority. Ironically not at the brewpub but on cask at Redlight Redlight, it was served expertly with a thick foam, fresh light carbonation, and the rest, well it tasted just like, exactly just like, well it tasted exactly just like a brown ale super duper deluxe ala Peter T Hooper. Or not, just a regular brown ale really. Tasted brown. (dry, nutty, hint of molasses)
