When you pour it, the head quickly dissappears. Colour is average. Smells a bit soapy, but didn’t notice that aspect in the taste.

cloudy caramelly, brown small white heaad. fresh hopped fruity, malty , slightly dark fruty aroma. flavor is malty, flowery, slightly grassy, good balance.

Pours a clean deep red-copper colour with a frothy beige head that stays a while. Lacing is present, but disappears quickly. Big nutty smell at first, and then some dark fruits appear. Plums, raisins and then some caramel and spices. The alcohol is also there. It nicely disappears in the taste and mouthfeel though. Quite smooth overall. Flavours of roasted malts, nuts, mild caramel and the dark fruits are mostly hidden in the back. Damn smooooooth !

Slightly hazy straw gold colour, fluffy white head. Aroma of malt, ripe fruits, cloves, pine and tangerine peel. Nicely hoppy. Bit sweet malts flavour, deep hops keynote. Ripe fruits, cloves, grass, woodruff, some lime. Lingering hops in the finish. (From 33cL swingtop bottle)

Pale golden colour, slightly hazy. White foamy head. Aroma of floral hops, malt, honey, grapefruit peel and some spices. Flavour is bitter hops, slight malt sweetness, malts. Nuts and citrussy hops. Clean and dry. Some lingering hop bitterness. Very good for a beer described to be a pilsner. (from 330mL bottle, with spring top)

bottle, courtesy of Bierkoning. Hazy brown colour, large beige head. Fruity aroma with caramel. Caramel, yeasty, slightly fruity. Rather light-bodied for the strength which makes it a nice summer beer.

Hazy red-brown colour. Sweet fruity aroma. Has the fresh, sharpness of a white beer but with a sweet finish of red fruit. Not in good balance, too much sticky sweetness in the finish. Nice to have one or two.

Bouteille 330ml. De couleur brune et voilée. Nez de levures fruitées (prunes, moyen de raisins, traces de figues), malté de caramel toffee très légèrement rôti avec des notes de houblon herbeux ainsi que des traces boisées (bois humide) et de réglisse noire. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture légèrement huileuse et aux notes crémeuses. Léger-moyen goût fruité (prunes, léger de raisins, notes de figues) accompagné de faibles notes boisées (bois humide) et épicées ainsi que de traces de réglisse noire lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute rapidement un goût malté de caramel sucré, légèrement rôti et aux faibles notes terreuses ainsi que des notes de pain grillé, de pain, de sucre brun et des petites traces de chocolat noir puis en finale l’on retrouve des notes de houblon herbeux et d’alcool doux. Post-goût moyen-long, légèrement amer de rôti et de houblon herbeux avec un goût de levures fruitées (pelures de prunes, léger moût de raisins).
