Clear, bubbly gold with a thin, soapy cap. Aroma is vanilla. Taste is honey, and heavy vanilla....concentrated vanilla.....like a Little Trees Air Freshener. For a "natural" product, it seems shockingly synthetic....and why they chose to call it a Belgian, baffles me. A little creamy rice, but predominately vanilla. Different, to say the least.

Clear, bubbling gold with a quick, sopay head. Almost no scent,...light apple and water. Taste is apple juice, sorghum. Syrupy sweet, but thin at the same time. Not beery, except in colour,. More like a a very bland, flat, blunt cider. pass.

Bottle: Pours clear, fizzy amber with a quick, soapy head. Aroma is malt, sorghum. Taste is sweet, caramel, sorghum. Slightly peppery....very mild hop bitter...earthy. Decent, but flat after the initial burst of bubbles.

Bottle. Very light sweet aroma. Clear gold with a very small, quickly dissipating white head. Light sweet sorghum and sour apple flavor. I like sorghum, but not this. LIght body, moderate carbonation.

Bottle. Light sugary berry aroma. Clear pink tinged apricot with a minimal head. Dry raspberry and light sorghum flavor. I know a lot of people really hate it, but Iβm one of those freaks who likes sorghum. Light body, moderate carbonation. If I was gluten intolerant, this would do in a pinch.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear dark gold with minimal head. Aroma of light grains and raspberry juice. Taste is light sweet and tart. Raspberry juice but a weird nasty aftertaste. Light bodied with a thin texture. Fizzy carbonation and an entirely too long of a finish. Overall, meh. Starts out ok but the aftertaste ruins it.

Bottle - Hoppy with some bread, grains and sweet malts. Dark clear amber with no head. Bitter right off the bat, a bit of fruit tartness and an alcohol burn that overwhelms and is out of balance. Almost closer to a strong ale than a pale ale. There is a cloying taste in the finish that builds as you drink and not too pleasant. Not great, but so far the more flavorful of the gluten free beers I have had.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker.pours a clear rust orange with a thin ring of off white head. Aroma of caramel and molasses with a good dose of floral hops. Taste is light bitter. Floral hops and wet cardboard. Medium bodied with a slick crisp texture. Lively carbonation and a long, lasting finish. Overall, not horrible. Dexent enough for a gluten free brew.
