12 ounce bottle at the State Store: yes it has come to this, we get a new beer into the state and it is a gluten free one! Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. A sweet apple nose with some candies. The flavor is dry, fizzy, lots of apples, some light copper. Decent.

Bottle. Pours clear amber/copper with a medium off-white head that leaves decent lacing. Interesting aroma of citrus and perhaps metal. Flavor is different, but not bad - citrus, molasses, sorghum, definite spiciness. Mildly bitter, floral finish. Aftertaste is a bit odd

Bottle @ home. Golden, yellow appearance with a white head. Lemon, honey malty, straw, hay aroma that isn’t all that bad. Juicy Fruit, lemon, light passion fruit, honey, hay, grassy, green apple flavor. Not horrible for a GF but not something I would drink again.

Looks like apple cider. Smells like old flat lager. Unique plastic flavors between homemade apple cider and beer. Good sizzle. Weird mild grain alky finish.

12 oz. bottle. $2 at Lemon Tree. First beer I’ve seen with the "Nutrition Facts" on the label. Fizzy pinkish body and head. Light raspberry smell. Nothing to replace the missing malt smell. Taste is a bit of raspberry in light sparkling wine. For a brew with corn in it, it manages to rein in the usual corn sweetness. Instead, a dry, fizzy brew with raspberry in balance. Not much bitterness, so the light dryness carries the day. Best sorghum beer I’ve had.

Crap - now with berry! +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a salmon-orange color with a large soapy light pink head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tangy artificial sugar, artificial berry, yeast and had an odd off presence. The flavor was grainy cereal, artificial sugar, artificial berry and was a touch medicinal. The finish was medium length tangy berry. Medium body. Awful, which is a step up for these guys.

Rotten garbage - now with hops! Another pile of crap in this brewery lineup bit at least the hops disguised what was beneath. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark caramel color with a huge soapy orange-tan head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was faint floral, piney and herbal hops with light cracker underneath. The flavor was dry and grainy with notes of cracker, mint, garbage and herbal and floral hops. The finish was long, grainy, medicinal, and had lingering mint and hops. Disgusting.

The band the Bloodhound Gang uses a line "I would rather slurp rancid tuna salad out of my own ass." This is what came to my mind when I tasted this "beer". +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very pale yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was extremely faint dryish bread. The flavor was tangy with notes of cracker, rotten vegetable, bitter medicine and mint. Simply awful beyond all reason. Unfortunately the finish was very long with a rancid medicinal presence that refused to go away. Very light body. Disgusting - bring on the rancid tuna salad!
