Bottle, dec 2019 version. Color: Clear brownish red, very thin beige head. Aroma: Vinuous, red and dark fruit. Taste: Dried dark fruit, red fruit, some caramel. Vinuous notes. Subtle Bourbon, vanille. Some wood, tannins and licorice. Moderate sweet, light vinuous sourness, very light bitterness. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Fruity, dry and a bit tart long lasting vinuous finish. Quite boozy, tasting like more than the 9% that is stated on the label. Very nice, great balance, nice complexity.
