Decent wit, modest notes of clove, grass, vanilla, honey, and yeast, with apple and lemon coming from the yeast and a dry, floral finish. Drinkable, if not a standout in the style.

Dull and doughy, more notable for its sourdough breadiness than any strong IPA notes. Pine is prominent, with modest veins of grapefruit and pineapple underneath a mild coniferous bitterness. Toasted bread on the back end, with more toast and a hint of diacetyl lingering in the fade. Pours a beautiful gold, though, and the soft, medium-bodied texture is nice, but it's not enough to save the pint.

Old-school heavyweight malt bomb of an imperial IPA, with a formidable honey-caramel base and loads of tangerine, orange marmalade, pine, berry, and melon on top. Nose is lacking IPA bluster, and the 10.1% ABV is apparent, but the thick texture welcomes another sip. Better than it scores.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a hazy bright yellow gold color with a large foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was musty and perfumey with a strong coriander presence. The flavor was musty and dusty with coriander, phenol and a bit of sourness underneath. Medium length finish. Medium body.
