Bottle at tht. Aroma of licorice, some creamy roast and chocolate. Taste has bitter licorice, chocolate, cream and malt. Too much licorice for me.

8 3 8 3 16 Bottle shared at THT April (Clam Digging For Geoduck edition). Blacknwith a beige head. Aroma of chocolate, red fruits, coffee, roast and licorice. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Siphon Cendre ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, moderate hoppy, pine, spruce, light grapefruit, light licorice. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, wood, dark malt - chocolate, pine - spruce, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Siphon Damme Nation ].Clear medium orange amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, pine, wood, light to moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, leather notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, citrus, pine, grapefruit, tea bitter and some tannin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle shared at THT March. Hazy golden with off white head. Grassy, grapefruit peel, dry bitter mineral water, tonic water, soft bready malts. Under medium sweet, quite bitter. Medium bodied with saison-like fizzy carbonation. Quite like this.
