Description
We’re a small Belgian brewery on the grounds of a four-generation-old family restaurant in Damme. We brew classic Belgian styles with a twist, as well as international styles not common in Belgium.

In 2022, we decided to join forces with Hedonis Brewery and start a new brewing site in Michelbeke, in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2017. Fast schwarze Farbe. Geruch ist schokoladig, Lactose, Vanille. Geschmack röstmalzig bitter, Lactose, Vanille, lecker.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2017. Leicht trübes goldenes Bier. Geruch trocken hopfig, hefig, helle Früchte. Geschmack ist hefig, reife Früchte, Heu. Langweilig.

Black with thin head. Aroma is a bit grassy. Flavour is nice with lots of heavily roasted bitter malts. Too much carbonation.

Hazy blond. Creamy perfect white head. Faint aroma, little bit of oranges. Lightly bitter flavour with floral hop touches. Well balanced. Quite OK.

At Zythos 2017. Pours almost clear golden. Aroma is yeasty, dirty malts, lightly herbal. Body is light, low sweetness and bitterness, lively carbonation, little flavours. a bit earthy and dirty. Okay.

At Zythos 2017. Pours black. Aroma is coffee, liquorice, dark chocolate. Body is medium, darkly roasted, some sweetness, but not overdone, slightly salty. Pleasantly gentle. Shortish palate. Good.

At Zythos 2017. Pours cloudy brown. Aroma is a lot of candy over grassy and citric hops. Body is medium, rather sweet, nutty, pine, lively carbonation. Rather bitter towards the palate, also a bit too thin. Good.

At Zythos 2017. Pours cloudy very pale yellow. Aroma is cat food, low malts. Body is very light, thin, watery and not many flavours. Crisp carbonation. Dry and refreshing, but no good flavours. Meh.
