Can (no date) from Manchester Wine and Liquors. It's a hazy golden-light brown with nice sparkle, finger-plus width off-white rocky foam head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is mix of mildly sweet and dank tart fruit over mild pine. Taste is cereal malt over more subtle dank fruit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, lively carbonation and crisp, dry finish with lingering bitterness. Overall, when your name is Hopsy Turvy, you'd think there'd be more hop presence to this. But, the can advertises a Quality Malted Beverage so perhaps the malt forward is what they were going for? Old school and not so great at it. Too carbonated.

Bottle shared by Kelly and Paul, thanks for the opportunity! Light golden color with a small bubbly white head. Light pilsner maltiness bits of fruit and earthy . Not horribly clean for a lager, decent but not great and questionable bottle age.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy yellow gold color with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is light lemony malt with a metallic note. Dryish grainy malt flavor with a zesty refreshing light citrus hop balance. Fairly light in body but rather tasty. Nice retro-style label.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a average whtie head. Aroma is sweet malt and not much else. Flavor is again a sweet lagerish malt with a little bitterness. It’s a no frills blonde ale.

12 oz. from Julio’s. Used a lager glass. Pours golden with a thick, white head that diminished slowly. Generic malt and hop nose. Clean and crisp golden ale. Pretty standard, true to style.
