Philipsburg Brewing Company opened its doors in 2012 with the idea of providing quality, hand crafted beers, in a friendly, unique setting.

Can from Rubys market. Medium amber, small foamy head. Dry malty aroma, dead leaves. Taste is tea, malts, minow sweetness.

16oz bottle can pours out amber topped with a sand head. Nose is sweet caramel toffee malts some grain and spice. Taste is more of the sweet grain light spice and a caramel grass.

(Thanks, Jim! Ozzy70) Bottle. A- Rye, black pepper, mild citrus. A- Amber color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Rye, bread dough, burnt caramel, black pepper, mild bitterness, mild orange peel. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly spicy finish. O- Liked the screw top lid and surprised it held 16 oz. Rye is front and center. Enjoyed it for what it was and the style but not one I am seeking out. Paired with with my Philosophy of Education paper on a Sunday afternoon.

473ml aluminum bottle with twist-off cap. Pours a cloudy yellow-orange with a small, creamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Aroma of wheat malt, yeast, orange and faint clove. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, orange, yeast, light lemon, clove and pepper in a dry finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and easy drinking, but also a little bland.

Sweet flavour of grainy wheat malt and raspberry with a crisp, dry, tart finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and easy drinking.
