473mL can. Pours clear blonde. Loads of cheap woody rum on the nose. Flavour has caramelized apples, brown sugar, and loads of perfumey rum; tastes kind of like how balsa wood smells. I really don't like how the rum barrels are coming across, very perfumey.

On tap at Bulwark. Pours nearly translucent. Light nose, notes of crisp pear skins. Flavour is full of crisp pears, earthy notes from the pear skins. Some excess sugars floating around, but only semi-sweet. Not bad, not great.

4oz pour at Dresden Row taproom. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma has pear and menthol. Flavour has pear, some sugars. More delicate sweetness than others in the flight, but still way too much sugar.

On tap at Bulwark. Pours clear gold with no head. Stewed apples and nutmeg on the nose. Flavour has stewed apples, molasses, caramelized sugars, and plenty of cinnamon and nutmeg. Almost approaching am ice cider in terms of flavour profile. Not bad, good caramelization and a reasonable level of spicing.

On tap at Bulwark. Pours a clear, very pale blonde. Very light nose, some sweet peaches. Flavour is semi-sweet with light peaches and applesauce. A bit drier on the finish. Not the worst, but fairly simple and could be drier.

Pale gold. Aroma has a sweet apple note. On the palate, it's got some light fruity character. Decent sugars, but this isn't particularly rich by the standards of ice cider.

Bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde. Nose has washed out toffee, stewed apple, booze, and apple juice concentrate. Flavour has lots of apple juice concentrate, stewed apple, toffee, booze, and some perfumey notes. Far from an elite ice cider—far too much apple juicy concentrate and booziness, and lacking depth. OK.

375mL bottle. Pours clear light gold. Perfumey, floral, light sugars, apple skins on the nose. Flavour is quite floral with light, sweet apples, some apple cores, floral notes, light toffee. It's enjoyable, but not an excellent ice cider.

Fresh, bright apple aroma, tart apple skins and fresh cut apple flesh. Crisp, clean mouth feel, very high carb. The finish is tart and clear and incredibly refreshing, a cider for unsweetened dry cider fans.

4oz pour at the Dresden Row taproom. Pours clear rose-gold. Aroma has sweet red apples. Flavour is a very sweet rosé. Holy crap that's overwhelming. Barely drinkable.
