Bottle split at the RBESG ’15 Grand Tasting, Taphouse CPH day 4, 23/08/15. Rich amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is okay, wood must, prune jus, light spice, caramel. Taste comprises bourbon notes, sweet and sour, wooded notes, caramelised brown sugar, dark fruit rinds. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Interesting bier/zider ... I quite enjoyed this one !
