Slightly hazy medium to light gold colored cider with some lighter greenish/white tinges. No head, moderately bubbly. Smells of peppery apple blossoms (probably more like pear blossoms actually). Good crisp light pear aroma, a touch of alcohol. Really outstanding. Taste is not what I expected at all. Very dry and well done. Subtle pear taste, with some moderately sharp floral notes, some nice herbal tastes as well. I really wish I knew more about ciders. I can't really rate this well. Tastes more authentic than say Bulmers or Woodchuck, that's for sure.

Very pale bright gold/white color. Quite clear. No head. Smells very sharp of green apples, (I think, I really know very little about ciders). Has a very pleasant floral smell as well, somewhat spicy. Opens up true to its name, quite dry, crisp, not like the apple flavor in an APA. Light to medium light body, no wateriness, carbonation surprisingly not a problem. Finishes with a nice honey/fructose sweetness. Good true apple flavor, maybe not the most complex, but definitely good.
