Taster at the source. Hazy murky yellow with a hint of peach and a small bubbly white head that quickly dissipates. Earthy tropical citrus hops with bits of bready maltiness.

Taster pour on tap at NH Brewers Festival. Appearance is lightly hazy light brown (like iced tea) with trace sparkle, ring of off-white head with very light leggy lacing. Aroma is strong whiskey and a vague malty backbone. Taste is strong whiskey with milder malts. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with some lingering bitterness. Overall, the whiskey is not unpleasant but is too dominant. The malts barely come through and basically serve as a scaffolding for the whiskey vs. a complement. Would be interested in trying with it aged longer. 3.6,

Taster pour on tap at NH Brewers Festival. Appearance is deeply hazy, pale light yellow with thin cap of white foamy head, no sparkle. Aroma is a nice strong lime and tequila--intriguing. Taste is strong sweet and tart lime (akin to Sprite), tequila barrel. Kind of interesting. Mouthfeel is light bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, sweet and tart lime. Not very beer-like, in the traditional sense--it Is essentially a margarita-flavored beer--but intriguing nonetheless and a pretty darn good beverage. 3.7.-8

Bottle to becher pint glass, the appearance was a copper color with a two finger foamy white head that fell off at a slow pace to leave some subtle lace.
The aroma had some pine and sweet onion up front and then just a touch of grapefruit rind bitterness. Ended with a little bit of sweet bread and caramel malt, and a little bit of earthiness.
The flavor was moderately sweet with an ample amount of bitterness trying to come in for balance. Actually did a decent job. Aftertaste was caramel malt and grapefruit bitterness. Crisp semi-sweet citrusy to piney sort of finish.
The palate was medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt good.
Overall, pretty good AIPA worthy of more pours.

Bottle to weizen glass, the appearance was a semi-cloudy pale yellow to orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy to fizzy head. Sliding lace.
The aroma had some toast, doughy yeast, light honey and banana sweetness.
The flavor was moderately sweet through the prior mentioned aromas to slide into the aftertaste. Light clove does play a small part in the taste but, it’s brisk and not as noticeable as I thought it could be for a great hefeweizen. Finish was abrupt with the sweet wheat.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, for a German hefeweizen, it seemed a bit under than the top notch ones on the market. Clove seemed weaker to me.

Sampled at the Granite State Brewers Fest. Slightly hazy golden color. Rich bready caramel and toffee maltiness. Earthy spicy lightly citrus and fruity hops to balance. Pretty proper English IPA.

Sample from the Granite State Brewers Festival 7/25/15 Bready caramel toffee and rich malty character. Light fruit and barely enough earth and pine to counter the sweetness.
