75cl bottle. Pours clear effervescent pale yellow liquid with a zero head. Nose: red apple juice, tart apple peel, notes of yeast. Light body. Taste: rather dry. Apple pulp & peel. Light sourness. Watery ending. Very drinkable and flat at the same time.

33cl bottle as Grushevy (Pear) Cidre Semisweet at 4.5%. Brilliant yellow pour. Small white head. No retention. Aroma: sweet pear, sugar powder. Light plus body. Lively to fizzy carbonation. Taste: sweet, sugary, one-dimensional. OK, the pear is also to be found.
