Tap at gingerman to finish off flight. Deeper gold cider. Nose is sweet and tart Apple. Tastes of tart Apple skin, sweet meaty Apple flesh, some pie filling, sugar, floral tones. Touch sweeter than my taste

From tap. Pours pale yellow, no head. Aroma is dry apples, light brett like. Dry, apples juicy. Citric, zesty and dry. Lasting dry, yet fruity finish.

Sample at Rattle N Hum. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and spice. Medium body with flavors of sweet apples, yeast and spice. The finish is fruity with an apple cider aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at District Tap House. Clear straw color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Apples, citrus and a touch of spice in the nose. Medium body with flavors of ripe apples, pithy citrus and mild spice. The finish is fruity with an apple cider aftertaste. Decent overall.

Pours clear pale yellow with a few white bubbles. Aroma has notes of apples and citrus. Taste is medium sweet with a long slightly sweet, apple and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft

On tap in New York. Pours golden with small white head. Apple aroma and flavor. Sweet.

Aroma: The nose is fairly light with some apple cider, citrus, and pine notes
Appearance: Pours a cloudy yellowish color with a small, quick dissipating, fizzy, and white head
Flavor: The flavor is light and clean, pretty much a hoppy example of a drier cider
Palate: The body is light with a lot of carbonation, and a mid-dry finish on the mouth
Overall Impression: Overall, I found this one to be pretty interesting. It's a nice take on a cider, and a pretty interesting drink overall. It certainly gave a nice balance to day full of beers.

Draft. Clear yellow color, few bubblrs. Aroma of dry apple skins. Taste is semi sweet spple flesh.
