Bottle from Etre. Lightly hazy light gold with a hint of rose and a good sized frothy white head that persists. Light oak and spice with some earthy cherry tartness. Hints of vanilla, oak tannin and oxidation.

Bottle from Etre Lightly hazy dark red with a decent sized frothy white head that dissipates quickly. Wonderful earthy funky cherry on the nose with just a hint of balsamic. Flavor is lightly acetic earthy funky cherries. Great Cherry expression but I'd love a lot more lactic tartness.

Rödbrun vätska med tunt skum. Röda bär är det mest framträdande i aromen. Ekig lätt smak. Bra syra. Avslutas med en antydan av jordkällare. Medelfyllig.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of funky barnyard, horseblanket, grainy malt, orange, funky yeast and grassy herbs. Taste has dry vineus grapes, horseblanket, dry yeast esters, grainy malt, creamy orange, funk, juniper, caramel and a rich complex finish. Very good beer, wasn't expecting the funk, this reminds me of an old Orval, with a little more fruit.
