Sampled at the Snow Monkey Beer Live 2015. very distinctive orange and lemon peel in the nose, complement moderate hoppiness and comes across like a melange of citrus fruit hard candies. The mouth shows distinctive citrus peels with underlying hop character. Slightly dry. Moderate bitterness with the Orange peels lingering. Interesting stuff

100% organic Hefe beer. Different and much more expensive than the regular hef. Creamy white head, clovely wheat nose. The mouth is super smooth - dried fruit, plantain, a touch of ginger. Very quaffable. I love the regular hef, but this might be half a step up.

smells like candied Apple and pine. Dark Amber color. The mouth is fairly malty for so much hops, a bit too low carbonation, but very very quaffable. Smooth. Nice stuff.

crazy, blue-Amber-pinkish color. The nose is tart with hibiscus, with a touch of salt. The mouth is very light, tart, salty, a touch of cherries. Very nice balance between hibiscus and the salt. Tangy, salty hibiscus finish. Wow. Extremely unique. Really good stuff. Love the creativity.

On tap at Stand 1020. Citrus & Coriander version is an opaque copper with a minimal head. The nose is citrus/lime with mild coriander. The taste is tart citric acid + lime, a bit bitter with a dry finish. Listed as a Belgian style white beer this is lime & bitter green hops, a bit pithy and all the way interesting. The lime aftertaste was crazily strong though lingering for my next two beers!

hazy amber mahogany color. Funky spur nose with an odd taste of Doctor Pepper. I was literally burping Dr Pepper. Smooth and yeasty, not authentic Saison, but certainly has tons of character and I will judge it on that.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours deep brown with a small beige head - that soon reduces into a thin lacing. Aroma takes its time before it reveals itself from the cold pour. When it does, it is worth it - deep roast, malts and toffee with some dried dark fruits. Taste is a mouthful, feels quite thick and full of roasted malt flavours, with something more sour. Bitter chocolate and leaving long-lasting dry aftertaste. Nice brew that packs a lot of flavour and full body for the 5% of abv. Good stuff!

Tap at Keyaki. Nice nose of ginger, apple and wheat. Cloudy and golden colored. Tangy, sweetish flavor, apple carries through more than the ginger. Good.

Tap at Keyaki. Amber-brown color. Grainy rustic bread nose, hay, lemon, Belgian yeast. Nice grainy flavor, it is rustic. Yeast works well, bitter finish with light lemon and rye. Good.
