250ml bottle from Starry Mart. Clear pale yellow gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of rice, plum, fruity. Taste is sweetish, plum, fruity, rice, with some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, high carbonation, medium-sweet plummy finish. Quite OK

250ml bottle from Starry Mart. Clear very pale yellow colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of lemon, rice, soda. Taste is sweetish, rice, some lemon, citric, soda, and alittle tartness. Light bodied, high carbonation, drying soda finish. Quite OK.

250ml bottle from Starry Mart. 7%. Slightly hazed very pale yellow colour, thin fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates and aroma of yuzu, lemon citrus, rice. Taste is sweet, yuzu, citric, rice, sugar, soda, with alittle tartness and booze. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, citric tart & sweet at the finish. Quite OK.

Refrigerated 33 cl brown bottle. Clear golden with big fiddle white head. Aroma is wheat esters, medium body, and small-bubble lacing. Taste is wheat ester, spice, and fruity.

Aromas of straw and lemon. A fairly bitter taste fives it some heft but it finishes with a whimper. Just OK.

Golden pour with a hint of pale, decent white head which does not last that long. Aroma is mainly malt and grains, same for the the taste with a decent bitter finish. OK, but not stellar, tbf.

(Tap) Clear golden with big white head. Nice aroma - lots of citrus, notes of pine. Medium body, well carbonated. Nice balance of biscuit malt, citrus tang, with nice bitterness. Good beer.

Another why do I bother beer? Kizakura Lucky Rabbit Pale Ale 5% Copper colored with a thick dirty white head of foam and mild citrusy hop bouquet. Medium bodied with an earthy pine and citrus bitterness. The aftertaste is quite a bit too bitter and unbalanced but the initial is sweeter than many others in the series. If you look at the whole lucky series as them disking it in then in a few more years it’ll get from ok/meh to good/solid…
