180ml bottle from Red Bottle Shop, Sydney. Clear very pale yellow colour with gold flakes, no head and aroma of rice, fruit, melon. Taste is mellow, rice, fruity, some melon and earthy booze. Medium bodied, low carbonation, warming finish. Nicely drinkable.

From my sake backlog. Bottle @ Niso Sushi in Sønderborg. Clear with no head, slightly oily body. Quite mild in aroma, mild rise, fruity in general and also a bit floral. Not much yeast and alcohol are well hidden. Flavor is smooth and mild, just hint of rice, some fruit and slightly warming aftertaste. Medium to thin bodied. Nice and easy, not very complex, should not offend anyone. Goes particular well with the pickled ginger.

Smooth and balanced flavor, herbal tea, fruits, rice and alcohol. Balanced body, nice aftertaste with fruit, yeast and alcohol. Nice, pretty straight forward, no off flavors, all in all pretty nice.
