22/10/2024. Draft at Craft Beer Market. Toranomon, Tokyo. Pours slightly hazy mid-dark brown with a small off-white to beige head. Aroma is heavily malted, sweet fruits, rye bread, treacle, toffee, biscuit, slight smoked edge. Quite heavy sweetness to begin, with moderate developing bitterness. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Chewy sweet malt finish. Quite true to style.

Ty Harbor Bohdhizafa Tribute IPA 6.5# 50 ibu Deep orange gold with foamy light beige foam and a citrusy rich aroma. Medium to full bodied with a very dry finish. The taste is citrusy and piney. Classic IPA profile, pretty solid stuff though the original is smoother/better integrated. Tap @ Ibaraki Bakuon

pitch black color. Big nuttiness, big dark chocolate, nice saltiness with some big dark fruitiness. Low carbonation. Smooth. Rounded. Good depth. Very nice.

TY Harbor x Tokyo Aleworks x Craftrock All About Us Helles 4.9% Nice matte gold with bright white foam. Very crisp and clean with a slightly lemony aroma. Medium bodied with some chewy malts, then a crisp crackery finish while a herbal hop bite creeps up on you in the aftertaste. Great. Tap @ IBARAKI BAKUON
