golden color frothy white head. Smell like sun tan lotion on the beach full of coconut and bananas. Tart light mouth tons, very dry. Tons of coconut, banana and cinnamon. A tropical Berliner wiesse bomb. But if you like fruit bomb Berliner wiesee you’ll probably like this

pitch black color. Tons of coffee and cacao in the nose with modest oak. Light body but lots of coffee but not a ton of roastiness. The cacao and oak are there but oddly don’t exactly add a lot to the beer and it more feels like a bunch of parts that don’t go together though they should. Medium carbonation. Not a bad beer per se, but definitely could be executed better.

hazy golden color with white head. Nice citrusy hoppy nose with good estery character. Crisp, dry, light- medium body, modestly aggressive bitterness , smooth palate. Nice fruitiness. Well balanced. Nice stuff

TY HARBOR X MELVIN brewery collaboration! Melvin Style Session IPL 4.5% Crystal clear straw gold with minimal foam and a bright lemon zest aroma. The taste is earthy/woodsy lemons. Dry, light and crisp but maybe too much bark woodsy pine bitterness in the flavor.

Tap at Bungalow. Hazy amber orange color. Spicy nose, with orange, apple, nutmeg, cinnamon, maybe ginger and other things that are a bit less identifiable. Very spicy but not too sweet. Touch of pumpkin that is, as usual with the style, less evident than the spices. Light and crisp, not cloying. Good use of spice.

hazy golden amber color. Lillikoi fruit driven with decent citrus behind it. I am guessing by the nose a sour ipa. Big fruity and sour lillikoi (Hawaiian fruit), with firm malt backbone and good bitterness. Fairly heavy body. The underlying ipa isn’t amazing but this is an interesting beer and fairly enjoyable. If they could do this concept with a better balanced and drier ipa, this could be fantastic

Tap at Osaka-jo Holiday 2019. Very deep hazy orange-yellow. Huge sudachi citrus nose. Very tart, a bit salty, citrus and tons of sudachi with a bit of fermented beans and umami. The soy is not overdone, and adds just a bit of umami compared to regular salt. Works well.

very hazy dirty golden brown color. Frothy white head. Nice light salty nose with excellent sudachi (citrus) and wheat notes. Malty palate, very smooth, excellent fruit tartness with saltiness hitting the back of the throat. A bit heavy body for the style, which probably comes from the soy, but still the salt and fruit match really work well together
