Pours dark brown , with a copper glow . Smell is unintense . Taste is slightly bitter , some sweetness . bit of coffee ( very hidden ) grainy . OK .

Oh wow! Draft at Toronado. If this is steam beer than I have been lied to up til now. Cleanish lagery beer with malty cocoa notes, a mild hop bit, effervescent airiness. Have no idea that its BA or particular rye (the 1st use must have stripped all the negative aspects). Body felt on the cheeks but carbonation cuts through it. Super fun experience.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is lovely for the style, with notes of grass, corn, bready malt and straw. Flavour is the same, with grassy hops, straw and grass. Dry, hoppy, and grassy. Lots of depth and high drinkability. Really nice pils.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out oak, salt, tart wheat, and funk. Flavour is refreshing, with tart wheat, light salt and citrus. Very well-balanced and refreshing. Not the most complex gose but damn drinkable. Great stuff.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a clear bronze with a small white head. Aroma is boozy and yeasty, with considerable hops, alcohol, and diacetyl. Flavour is cloyingly sweet, with way too much sugar. Not complex in any way. Sweet, boozy and somewhat yeasty. Not good.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a cloudy pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of hops and farmhouse yeast. Flavour is well-balanced, with lots of dry hops, farmhouse yeast, and dry crackery malt. Very well-constructed, with high drinkability. Hoppy, dry and funky on the palate. Really nice saison.
