Slightly unfiltered golden colour with a big frothy-creamy lightly off-white head, good retention with full foamy and sticky lacing. Very nice aromas of perfume, fresh yeast, floral, banana, rye and light spices. The taste shows this slight Saison, fresh grassiness flavour, pears with light spices. A really nice refreshing, very light spicy Saison-like brew.
