A reddish copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous notes, light iodine, fruity esters, rather Belgian. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with light iodine, light vinous character, grassy hops, alcohol warmth, a bit simple, but OK. On tap at Saint Bock.

A deep dark Saison with a thick lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, molasses, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with fruity esters, light burned caramel, dark fruits, plums, alcohol warmth, nice. On tap at Saint Bock.

A murky brown porter with a very thin brown head. In aroma, sweet nutty caramel chocolate with light butterscotch, treacle, OK. In mouth, a sweet caramel chocolate malt with light nutty notes, popcorn, light oily mouth feel, OK. On tap at Saint Bock.

A hazed orange amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light citrus pulp, grassy and pleasing. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, resinous and smooth, light oily mouth feel, nice. On tap at St Bock.

A golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Brett, grapeskin, catty hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana, grapeskin, light esters, oily mouth feel, light oaked notes, OK. On tap at St Bock.

En fût au Saint-Bock. Couleur orangée translucide, mousse beige tenace laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de houblon résineux, légumes bouillis. Goût de houblon résineux, poivré, épicé du seigle. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

A dark brown sour ale with a thin brown head. In aroma, nice fruity chocolate malt with light cherry notes, Brett, lactic acid, Epsom salts, classic. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of lactic acid, light vanilla, ground cherries, surprisingly good. On tap at brewery.
