Rating added 2/4/2006Edit: I put the "Tyskie 375" in as a new beer, as I don’t think it is the same as the "Tyskie Gronie", but my rating has been placed here. Can’t say for sure that it’s the same beer though. Tried this on a 500 ml can brought back from Poland by a relative of mine.Though the text was all in Polish (which I don’t speak) I understood that the beer was released to celebrate the 375 anniversary of the Tyskie brewery.A very light yeallow amber and a big white head.Lots of fruity scent and a great unexpected taste. Very nice lager well worth trying.8/3/8/4/14=3.7

Draught at Vienna pub/restaurent Stettin, Poland. Good head mostly lasting, well served!! Nice yellow body, weak aroma, but with finess, OK flavour and palate. A bit better than average pilsener (danish standard!!!!!)

Bottle: Golden coloured, nearly no head; some grassy hoppiness, some grainy maltiness in the aroma; sweetish bready, grainy start; the grainy taste dominates till the nearly not existing slightly bitter aftertaste; not refreshing at all and a bit sticky.........

(bottle) Clear golden colour with a medium foamy white head, fast diminishing. Sweet malty nose. Initially slightly sweet grainy malty taste turning into a bit unbalanced sharp bitterness. Not very remarkable but somewhat drinkable Pilsener.

(Bottle 50 cl) Golden lager with a fine and full head. Sweetish with a pronounced bitterness - and typical for Poland it’s a pretty strong lager. Good for it’s type if not excactly excellent. 080804

Mittelherb, leicht süßlich und würzig, im Nachgeschmack noch einen Tick süßer, passt aber perfekt. Gutes polnisches Bier, kommt aber nicht an Zywiec ran. Test vom 9.3.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,10,12,11,9,10 - 10,40

Bottle. Slight sweet malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Slight acidic, light malt and hops flavor. Pretty much a typical Polish pilsener.

Standard looking pilsner with a particularly light head, dry aroma which is quite fruity, and a flavour that again is not very dry, more fruity. Overall a poor to reasonable pilsner.
