flavor is dry crisp malty, european style hop bitterness , very faint grassy or perhaps citrussy note.

Pajiza brillante y limpia, un dedo de espuma poco persistente. Aroma escaso, cereal. En boca, buen punto de gas, seca, de amargor y cuerpo ligeros y sabor cereal.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano indizi di fruttato e di citrico. La finezza olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. Le bollicine sono a grana grossolana. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, limone, yuzu, mango, frutta tropicale, frutta a pasta gialla e zenzero.

Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cannella, chiodi di garofano e pane.

Aroma of dark malts, liquorice, chocolate, vanilla, dried fruit, hint of oak, some coffee. Flavour is sweet with a nice moderate to medium bitterness in the aftertaste. Body is nice and full. Overall rather too sweet for my taste, but I dig the bitter finish.

Aroma of roasted malt, liquorice, coffee, leather, hint of chocolate. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a moderate roasty bitter finish. Could be a bit fuller and less sweet. Otherwise enjoyable Imperial Stout.

Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo ramato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, luppolo, resina, pino,, agrumi, pompelmo, limone, mandarino, zenzero, albicocca e spezie.

Bottle at home. Aroma is malt, some caramel and toffee, dried fruits, light herbal notes, hint of berries, soft hoppy notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Body is medium. Not a bad beer, though a bit on the bland side and not as hoppy as I expected.
