"Lösch-Zwerg Kellerbier", Flasche (33 cl) per Post von Mein-Biershop.de. - Orangebraun, gut trüb; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase breite, etwas flaue Malzsüße, Hefe, Karamel und Brotkruste, nur sehr dezenter Hopfen. - Antrunk weich brotig-süßlich malzig mit etwas Karamel und nur milder Zitrusfrucht. Von Citra und Cascade ist wenig zu schmecken; eine leicht bananige Note erinnert an Hefeweizen. Milder rezent, hefig weich, vollmundig. Im Abgang nur matte, leicht ranzige Bittere, etwas Orangenschale. - Malzbetontes, weiches Zwickel, deutlich unterhopft und daher in keinster Weise mit einem fränkischen Kellerbier zu vergleichen.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from 'EDEKA Preller' (Breckerfeld), best before October 2018. Clear, ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately yeasty-spicy and a bit artificial aroma of caramel, cola, clove and hints of overripe banana. Quite sweet, a bit sourish, slightly artificial and bit yeasty-spicy taste of caramel, cola, clove and a touch of overripe banana, followed by a short, a bit tart, slightly yeasty-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.
