Bottle 33cl. @ [ Fastelavns Tasting Ulfborg ].Clear light to medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white grey head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, bread, roasted and caramel notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090221]

Bottle, 5.2%. Clear brown colour. Very small light brown head. The flavour is mildly roasted, quite subtle. Low bitterness. Hint of caramel.

Bottled (thanks DerDoppelbock). Bottle drank under the stairs with fonefan & co in 2007 after the weekend of spontaneous fermentation. Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is salty, harsh malts and some hops. Flavour is sweet malts as well as some slight sweetish and grassy hoppy notes. Smooth.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts mild, modest spicy, nice hoppy notes, not too intense. Well balanced, round finish, modest wheaty. Really good pils.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Mild dry malty and light bittering hops coming through in the aroma. Light sweet malty flavoured with a light caramel note and a delicate bitterness. Crisp bitter and malty finish. Good.
