Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque deep golden with a lacing, white head. Fresh lemon aroma. Light body, again fresh lemon notes – very sweet – with underlying sweet notes of wort. Soft mouthfeel, borderline flat. Absolutely no bitterness. 120725

A beer that I found sometimes at Denner, for the Oktoberfest. It is a classical German lager, a bit metalic, good malt, some hop, average, 13.04.2018, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne.

One of the better Hefe style beers among the commercial breweries. Pretty standard, nothing special, but it's still a strong 7/10 beer altogether.

bottiglia 50 cl, Leichte Weiße version, bel cappello di schiuma bianco sporco pannosa persistente, colore giallo pallido velato, al naso banana chiodi di garofano tanto lievito, in bocca subito chiodi di garofano poi lievito tanto malto e leggere note citriche, corpo scarno, carbonazione forte, acidula, amaro percettibile. Per lo stile non è male, da bere senza pensieri…. c. Regalata a mio papà dal vicino tedesco 13.06.25
