So entsteht dank der langjährigen Erfahrung unserer Braumeister ein besonderes Geschmackserlebnis, das seinem großen Bruder in nichts nachsteht: naturtrüb, spritzig-frisch und mit weißbiertypisch fruchtigen Aromen. Unser Alkoholfreies schmeckt aber nicht nur gut, sondern enthält auch viele wichtige Vitamine wie z.B. Folsäure und Vitamin B12 und hat mit nur 130 kcal pro Halbe weniger Kalorien als eine Apfelschorle.

It is a normal hefe-weiss, free of alcool, wheat, malt, a bit harsh and mineral at the mouth, some hop, not so fruity due to the style, 18.06.18, Parc Milan, Lausanne.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Wheaty malt aroma with banana, wort, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Light watery body. Not that bad for an (almost) no alcohol beer.

Amber with a long-lasting, frothy head. Aroma is dank, full of moldering grain. Corn-like hints too and a hint of bubblegum. Sadly, the usual mess that often comes with alcohol-free Weizens. Taste is, while not exactly inviting, less flawed. There’s a faint bitterness over a watery palate. Balanced carbonation, smooth, moderately refreshing. Drinkable.

En vaso weizen, color amarillo anaranjado claro, turbia, espuma blanco hueso cremosa abundante y consistente. Aroma a gachas de trigo, yogur, mosto prefermentado. En boca tiene un cuerpo medio algo sedoso, carbonatacion media, ligeramente ácida y dulce, nulo amargor, notas de gachas de cereal, salvado de trigo, cierto toque citrico. Como cerveza sin alcohol no esta mal, y como tal la califico

Trüb orange im Glas. Geruch - na ja, wenn ich im Supermarkt an einer Obstschale schnüffele und die riecht so, dann lass ich sie sicherheitshalber lieber stehen. Geschmacklich dann auch keine Offenbarung. Überkochte und vergorene Früchte, leeres, süßliches Malz und ein kleiner Spritzer Zitronensaft. Nicht zu wässrig, hat eigentlich ne ganz gute Dichte für ein alkoholfreies Bier. Alles in allem nicht direkt widerwärtig, aber doch ein gewaltiges Stück von dem Punkt entfernt an dem Biertrinken beginnt Spaß zu machen. Hab das „Paulaner Hefeweissbier Alkoholfrei“ mit 0,3 % Alk. und das „Paulaner Weißbier Alkoholfrei 0,0%“ direkt hintereinander verkostet und kann nur marginale Unterschiede feststellen. Das 0,0 % finde ich einen winzigen Hauch besser, da ein kleines bisschen harmonischer, etwas bitterer und weniger sauer.
