Big flavours and bright colours, that’s what you can expect from Vault City Brewing. We’re the UK’s biggest sour beer producer and we’ve been making fruit-forward, modern sour beers in Edinburgh since 2018.
Our mixed fermentation style and distinctive house culture create the perfect base for real fruit ingredients, which gives our beer its intense aroma and flavour, not to mention the eye-catching colours.

Can from Sainsburys. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Fine carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple, coconut milk and orange. Flavour of grapefruit, lemon and pina colada. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Sour and refreshing.

Keg at Brewdog Paddington, London. A deep ruby/purple coloured pour with a medium pinkish head on top. Sweetish, tangy, citrus, orange, blackberries. Really enjoyed this on a humid afternoon in London.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A opaque black brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is medium sweet, peanut, jammy, oily, sticky, caramel. Brown sugars, too sweet. Harsh alcohol, bullshit.
