Bottle at home, 17th October 2020. The last rater, sounds like He had a problem, not sure it’s right for a grievance and such a low mark, due to this. This beer pours a lovely blue hazy colour. Aroma has berries, vanilla and tart notes. Taste is smooth light tart blueberry and the vanilla come through well, with a hint of cinnamon, not overly tart, but enough and well integrated with the other flavours.

375ml bottle Sophies Beer Store. Pours murky orange, no head. Light grapefruit aroma. Taste presents crisp bright grapefruit, moderately sweet.. robust bitterness throughout, good juicy moments - perhaps a mirage-like milkiness - but not veering too much beyond a grapefruit and pithy prickly citrus character. Alcohol seems to boost its sweetness, but otherwise hidden nicely.

Draft. An unclear red-amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, strawberries, funk, and wheat. The flavor is sour with notes of strawberries, lemons, funk, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle split at and thanks to James, 19/09/20. Hazed yellow golden with an off white cap. Nose is big lemonade meets radler notes, grass, lemon zest. Taste comprises lemonade, refreshing lemon bite, citric tinged straw tempered with sharp lemon notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Simple fayre but does what it says on the tin and ultimately a solid refresher.

7-3-7-4-15 Bottle, eleven months before bbd. Pours hazy golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is lactic notes with fruity notes of rhubarb, musty fruit peel, minerals and lots of ginger, as well as leafs, earthy spices and minerals. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity lactic, with hay, musty farmhouse minerals, rhubarb and bretty notes of berries and fizzy candy, as well as ginger and earthy notes.
