33cl bottle. A very dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of intense coffee, dark malt, espresso. Taste of roasted dark malt, intense coffee, roasted bitterness, toffee.

Trocken malziger Beginn, weich aber kräftig nach Kaffee. Milde Säure im Hintergrund, spritzig, dann schnell ziemlich trocken werdend. Kaffee und Getreide im Abgang. 10/9/9/9/8/9

Bottle. Dark brown/black featuring a nice beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, dark chocolate and coffee. Taste of roasted malts, dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, mousse au chocolate with hints of dark fruits and a small sour note. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Very balanced. A good one.

Bottle picked up from Hopfen sei Dank webshop, Bochum and consumed at home Tuesday 20th December 2022 listening to Huw Stevens sitting in for Steve Lamaq on 6Music and about to cook a Brussel Sprout Traybake with Chestnuts, Chickpeas and Bacon. Pours hazy gold with a tiny bit of sediment, there is a light pink blush to the head, the aroma is a soft raspberry perhaps a little creaminess on the nose also. Nice tanginess, little raspberry zap, very good sweet and then tart balance. This is very good, my only criticism is that it wouldn't necessarily have struck me as a Gose, more in the realms of a decent fruity sour (light sour).

Botella @Holy Craft beer, Dusseldorf. 19/11/2022. Color amarillo corona de espuma blanca aromas herbales, cítricos, especiados, cuerpo ligero.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange, dark golden to amber colour, some tiny chunks floating around, small, frothy fading, white head on top. Minimally toasty, bready, pale malty aroma, hints of white bread crust, a sweet-ish, earthy touch of honey. Taste is minimally sugary sweet and minimally bready, pale malty, diluted hints of honey, white bread crust, mildly bitter, minimally grassy, hoppy overtones. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to fine, extremely scattered, prickly carbonation. Relatively sweet, fairly hoppy, a tad too watery - underwhelming.
