Bottle picked up from Hopfen sei Dank webshop, Bochum and consumed at home Tuesday 20th December 2022 listening to Huw Stevens sitting in for Steve Lamaq on 6Music and about to cook a Brussel Sprout Traybake with Chestnuts, Chickpeas and Bacon. Pours hazy gold with a tiny bit of sediment, there is a light pink blush to the head, the aroma is a soft raspberry perhaps a little creaminess on the nose also. Nice tanginess, little raspberry zap, very good sweet and then tart balance. This is very good, my only criticism is that it wouldn't necessarily have struck me as a Gose, more in the realms of a decent fruity sour (light sour).

Bottle. Color: Clear orange golden, thin white head. Taste: Nicely balanced combination of raspberry notes, herbal hopbitterness and citrus sourness. Lightly saltness at finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Under medium body, hints of spring water. Slightly below average carbonation. Nice fresh and fruity summerbeer.

330ml bottle. Milky, orangey, golden colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish and tart-ish, raspberry aroma, citrusy hoppy overtones with lemon touch, minimally salty-spicy baclground. Taste is slightly tart, fruity, salty and spicy, hints of raspberry, a mild lactic touch, sauerkraut, citrusy hoppy overtones with a lemon touch, a touch of coriander in the finish. Cautiously spiced, highly drinkable, very refreshing - good!

0.33 l bottle from ’Holy Craft Beer Store’, best before May 2018. Hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, spicy and slightly fruity aroma of coriander, rhubarb, sauerkraut, wheat and maybe faint hints of raspberry. Sweetish, a bit sourish, spicy and a bit fruity taste of coriander, wheat, sauerkraut, rhubarb and a touch of raspberries, followed by a short, slightly tart, spicy and a bit minerally-salty finish. Thin to medium body, very smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really refreshing and well-balanced Gose even if quite heavy on the coriander while the raspberries are hardly detectable. Best beer by this brewery so far by miles!

Bottle from Craft Beer Kiosk, Wuppertal. Great fresh raspberry nose. The beer starts mild with lactic smooth sourness. Full in flavour, the raspberries are mild in the back, fruity and fresh. Hints of mild sourness in the aftertaste, the raspberries are fruity, hints of sourness. The salt is in the aftertaste with only hints, but fits great in the picture together with the fruity and only in hints sweet raspberries. Nice mild fruity brew.

Spritziger, säuerlich und hell brotiger Antrunk. Deutliche runde Noten von Himbeere, mild bitter. Geringe Süße durch die Frucht. Mittellanger, eher trockener Nachhall. Gut. 8/10/9/10//10
