Sample thanks to kolshtrinker. Pours a misty yellow, small white head that persists. Aroma is lightly sweet cooked apple, distant spice. Super fine, light carbonation, taste presents vanilla, cinnamon, stewed apple pie, moderately sweet. Drying close. A bit unexpected actually, but seems to work.

Bottle. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma is Punsch and Bratapfel indeed, lots of Christmas spices, cinnamon mostly. Body is medium, more spices, some acidity, and more Punsch than apples. Some oil, quite dense and sweet. Okay.

Bottle at a Tasting at Koelschtrinker's place. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma of very sweet apples, spices, vanilla. Taste of sweet spicy apples, apple pie, vanilla.

Sampled from 0.7 l bottle. Clear, golden. Sweetish, weird fruity aroma of ripe apples, walnut and honey. Very sweet, minimally sourish, gently fruity and fairly spicy taste of ripe apple, walnut, honey and spices, followed by a short, minimally tart, fairly spicy finish. Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, flat. Not very good.

Bottle from Trinkgut in Lage. Fruity sweetish beginning. Easy to drink with a fruity sweetness and some nice Winter spices there, the cider is fruity in the back. Round and refreshing with not too much depth, the apples are rather sweetish and not too intense or sourish. Sweetish spices with fruity ripe apples in the aftertaste. Nice sessionable Glühwein on the lighter side.

Smooth and mild, round and fruity. The Cider is very dry, hints of sourness left. Sessionable, natural with a nice fresh sourish appley aroma. Nice.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Pale, golden yellow with some white bubbles on top. Slightly sourish, moderately fruity aroma of apple juice and hints of oak. Sweetish, slightly sourish and moderately fruity taste of apples and some straw, followed by a short, slightly tart, moderately dr finish. Thin body, slightly watery mouthfeel, flat. Drinkable.

Spritziger, etwas wässrig apfeliger Antrunk von grünem Apfel. Spritzig, steigende Intensität. Die Süße steigt ebenfalls und macht den Apfelwein runder, sehr süffig. Langer natürlicher Nachhall, kaum trocken. Gut! 9/12/12/11/10/12
