0,5l bottle at home shared with Saeglopur. BB 20.08.2016. dark brown color, small off-white head. smells lightly sour, green apples, some yeast, raisins, marzipan, peach. smells quite good ... if you didnt know it was supposed to be a dunkelweizen. would give a 7 for this smell usually. medium body, light carbonation, rather light mouthfeel. tastes lightly sour, yeasty, some caramel, spices, fruity, marzipan, raisins, peach, spices. finishes lightly sour and yeasty with notes of peach and spices. would be quite good as a sour beer, for a Dunkelweizen I feel like I am still too generous to give over 3.

500 ml bb 03.08.16. Shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Dark copper-brown body, with a big, fluffy, beige head.
Aroma of sour fruits, some dried fruits, dark bread, caramel, banana, subtle chocolate.
Tastes of dried fruits, some sour fruits, cocoa, bread, caramel, banana, some toast.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes a bit light, fruity, toasty, bready, subtly roasty.
Good. Has some sour fruits, which aren’t intended propably, but not in an unpleasant way. Some nice bready and toasty notes, balanced by sweet fruity and caramelic notes. Overall too light for my liking though, while still nicely drinkable.

0,5l flip-top bottle at home courtesy of Saeglopur, big thanks. BB 01/2016. orange light hazy color, small off-white head. smells parfume, citric, spices, lemonade, light ginger notes, light green apple notes, smells a bit ciderish, also some grape notes, some light note of wash-cloth. smell not too amazing. light body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes rather sourish, some grass and herbs, tobacco, light apple notes, citric. finishes light to medium bitter with some herb and grass notes. OKish beer, not a very good representation of the style, seems to have some problems (the sourish notes), drinks not very good.

Tastes of spices, bread, orange, banana, vanilla, some grains.

500 ml bottle from Bottle Shop, Salzburg.
Amber-redish, moderately hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of citrus, grass, flowers, sweet berries, some peach, slight vegetables.
Taste is quite light, with the same aromas and a soft malt backbone of bubblegum and caramel.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes soft, very slightly bitter, quite sweet, fruity, grassy.
Good, but nothing special. Too light and expressionless in my opinion. Drinks really easy and clean though, with some nice sweet fruit notes, but overall I prefer Pale Ales with more character.

500 ml bottle from Bottle Shop, Salzburg.
Golden-orange, hazy body, with a massive, stable, fluffy, white head.
Surprisingly full aroma of bread, various fresh spices, hay, earth, wheat, subtle fruit notes.
Taste is watery, but not unpleasant, with about the same aromas.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation.
Finishes quite light, but smooth, bready, spicy, yeasty.
Surprisingly good for an alcohol free beer. Very distinctive, natural bread and spice notes, especially in the nose. Drinks quite watery of course, but also fresh and clean, almost without any of the typical stale flavours of such beers. Definitely one of the best alcohol free beers I’ve had.
