Bottle from Rewe in Wetzlar. Sourish neutrl beginning. No depth or much fruitiness. The body is weak, the sourness neutral and flat. Neutral sourish aftertaste, not great.

Milder, süßlich apfeliger Antrunk. Leicht steigende Süße, die aber im Mittelteil bereits zurückfährt, dank einer geringen Säure. Kaum trocken, angenehm süffig, ab diesem Zeitpunkt konstant und harmonisch. Gut! 6/9/11/10/9/10

Pale golden in the glass, sour nose. The cider starts very fruity and with much more aroma than expected. Probably due to the added fruits from sorbus domestica. The mainpart is sour-fruit, dry and even dusty. Interesting fruit aroma. The aftertaste is long, flavourful, quite tart, sour-fruity.

(bottle, 100cl, from a local NORMA-market) Pale golden colour with a short frothy white rim. Distinctively fruity and tart aroma of small sour apples (Possen) with a tinge of acidity. Moderately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a light carbonation, as if a minor dosage of mineral water was already added. Dry mouthfeel, clean apple character with tart and very shy bitter notes. Nice Hessian Applewine for a reasonable price. 17.VIII.10
