Taster at Hermann Bier. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- low, fruity, pale plums, touch of citrus, herbal. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, fruity, spicy. Medium bodied. Really not bad.

Taster at Herman Bier Lokal, St. Gallen. Lightly cloudy, yellow gold colored. AROMA- wheat, vanilla, coriander, orange peel, flowery. FLAVOR- a bit sweet, slightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very good.

Bottle shared with Zlotta and Koelschtrinker. Sehr trübes goldenes Bier mit großen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch ist hefig, floral mild hopfig. Geschmack ist floral hopfig, mild bitter, hefig, naja.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle. Hazy, golden amber with a large, fluffy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-grassy and a bit floral aroma of lemon, fresh grass and some pineapple. Sweetish, slightly bitter, fruity-grassy and slightly floral taste of lemon, pineapple and straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-dry finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!
