Bottle. Silvery yellow pale colour with a mediumsized head, that vanishes quite fast. Sparkling a lot. Pear, some floral, mild sugary and some wooden tones to it. Flavour is sweet pear, some sugar, wood, mild earthy and some mild acidity to it.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy deep rose. Massive horse stables, cow sweat, sweet apple, funky, soft woody tannins. Over medium sweet. Under medium dry. Nice.

33cl bottle from Bières Cultes Cardinal beer shop in Paris. F: no. C: straw, clear. A: pear, pear peels, bit cellar. T: pear, light lemon, bit puckering, pear puree, medium carbonation, very refreshing, fully enjoyed by me and my gluten free wife.

375ml bottle. Pours a misty gold. Aroma is strong toffee apple, taste similarly deep, golden, rounded with some cassonade and caramel notes accompanying some fleshy apple fruit with a brisk carbonation. Soft tannin presence. Decent French medium.

375ml bottle. Pours clear pale yellow, no remaining white head. Aroma of light funk, sweet perry pear fruit. Sprizty on the palate, moderately sweet, light through distinct perry fruit. Drying close. Pretty good, bubbly perry with plenty of balanced fruity character that's thankfully not too full on.

0.75 l bottle from local REWE. Clear, very pale yellow with a huge, immediately collapsing, fluffy, white head. Slightly funky, sourish-fruity aroma of pear, apple, gooseberry, white grapes and oak. Sweet-sourish, fruity taste of pear, apple, gooseberry and white grapes, followed by a short, quite tart, slightly funky and oaky finish. Thin body, spritzy and slightly astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good balance between sweetness and acidity, nice funky notes and easily drinkable. Good!
