750mL bottle, pours a deep dark pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of red wine barrels upfront, with wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is loaded with tart berries, with wild yeast, and oak. Not particularly complex but it's pleasant. Dry-ish and fruity. Good stuff.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is grape forward with nice musty notes that compliment the earthy funk from the yeast. Light oak notes and faint phenolics. A touch of pineapple and lemon. Pours a slightly hazy, purplish red with a small, thick, pinkish head that recedes to a small film that lingers on the edges. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a medium acidity and faint malt note. Light bitterness and hints of alcohol. Moderately strong musty grape notes. Lots of earthiness with light peppery and herbal phenolics. Light oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice beer and expression fo Gamay grapes. A nice beer that works nicely with the fruit.

Tasting at Matt's, bottle
Hazy blond colour. The aroma is moderately sour, wet rice, wilthed flowers, white wine. Nice carbonation level; it's moderately acidic, with a clear citrus character, some grass, more zesty in the finish.
Good.

750ml bottle at Matt's. Appearance: nice golden with a white head. Aroma: citrus zest, funk, barrel. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: pretty good, but it's too much of the zest.
