750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh citrus zest upfront, followed by light wild yeast, and gentle oak barrels. Flavour is full of bright citrus zest, with biting saison yeast, oak, and wild yeast. The citrus zest really shines here - lots of spicy, citrus complexity. Excellent.
